Tonka Toons Cancellation Policy

At Tonka Toons, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.

Cancellations by Guests

  • 30 Days or More Before Tour Date: Full refund of the deposit.

  • 14 to 29 Days Before Tour Date: 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Less Than 14 Days Before Tour Date: Deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • More Than 14 Days Before Tour Date: You may reschedule your tour without any additional charges, subject to availability.

  • Less Than 14 Days Before Tour Date: Rescheduling is subject to a fee of $50.

Cancellations by Tonka Toons

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled tour and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the full amount will be charged.
